So, I started my sweet potato slips a little less than 2 weeks ago and they are starting to really get going! As you can see in the photo above, there are lots and lots of slip nubbins starting to grow out of the sweet potatoes. I have five sweet potato halves that I am using to grow sweet potato slips and they all have tons of growth. In the sweet potato above, I just counted about 18 slips growing .... and that's just from one half of a sweet potato!
